About
Mel and Bec from Community Living Options (CLO) will present a webinar called From Compliance to Best Practice. This session is aimed at disability support professionals and service providers. It is also for people with lived experience of intellectual disability and their families.
The webinar will explore how services can use evidence-based support models to achieve best practices. The presenters will talk about how their service has focused on achieving quality outcomes for people with intellectual disability. They will describe how this resulted in full compliance and achievement of 26 best practice elements during a recent NDIS audit.
This webinar will assist services who want to provide better support for people with intellectual disability. Mel and Bec will talk about how high quality services don’t have to cost people more money. It is about how organisations design and deliver these services.
Community Living Options (CLO), is a for-purpose provider delivering a wide range of disability services including NDIS supports, Positive Behaviour Support, therapeutic supports, and hospital discharge programs.
