Background
People with a Cognitive Disabilities, Intellectual and other Developmental
Disabilities) are overrepresented in the Criminal Justice System as both victims and
offenders; and often as both.

This forum brings together speakers who will focus on or different elements of this
interaction with the Criminal Justice System.
