Ruth Chalk has a background in speech pathology and master’s degrees in Health Services Management and Business Administration.
She is the CEO of NOSS Tasmania which is a not-for-profit organisation that has supported people with disability for nearly 35 years.
Ruth is committed to building capacity within individuals and strengthening organisational impact.
